Spanish Update
Matthijs updated us with a short review of the Spanish shows he went too.

Had a great weekend in Spain and really enjoyed both gigs - very different, not only in setlists but also in venue, atmosphere etc. I have soundboard recordings from both nights.

For now enjoy a few videos from the vitoria gig - one shot with my mobile during the last song - Go Gorilla, with the guys swapping instruments and Scott on drums - he's actually not bad, definitely doing a better job than Peter when he plays drums during one of the Robyn & V3 gigs!

And two videos someone else uploaded from the Vitoria gig:

Enjoy and more to come later.

Cheers
Matt.

New Minus 5 album: Butcher Covered
Just when you thought Scott hadn't released enough albums this year, the Minus 5 come up with another one. Tho this time you will not find it in your favorite record store, down the street or online for that matter. No you need to get out of your chair and go to one of the current Minus 5 / Baseball Project / Steve Wynn IV shows in your neighborhood. There they will have a 17 track cover CD for sale called "Butcher Covered." At this moment there isn't much info about it, as the CD comes without a tracklist or liner notes. but it seems to consist of tracks the Minus 5 did for various compilations over the years : Johnny Cash’s "I Still Miss Someone" Lynerd Skynrd’s "That Smell", John Lennon's "Power to the People", The Kinks "Get Back in Line" and "Wicked Annabella", Jonathan Richman and the Modern Lovers "Government Center" and the MC5’s "High School" among others and the previous unreleased Neil Young song "Revolution Blues".

We would like to hear what other tracks are on the album. You can discuss it in the forum.
we now have the entire tracklist figured out, look for it after the break, or not if you wanna be surprised when you buy the CD, thanks to countfeed.

Thanks to remring.com for the info
